GS Real Estate was founded in Dubai by real estate experts with international experience of property management, operation, consultancy, and brokerage. With benchmarks set to exceed world standard in customer service and real estate investment plans, we endeavour to seek unique ways to serve clients. GS Real Estate’s comprehensive range of services includes Commercial and Residential Property Sales, Leasing and Property Management as well as full range of Professional Services including valuations, research and feasibility studies, and mortgage consultancy.

Achievements for the year of 2007

 
 
 

Acted as an agent in selling AED 1,412,567,228 ($387,004,720) worth of properties in UAE. Over 300 transactions were conducted with Emaar Properties PJSC.

Clients served: 159

82% of our clients were not charged any agency fees.

Each client had more than one offer to fit their requirement within 24 hours of contacting us. 

GS Real Estate Syria was announced and will begin operations in October 2007 in Al Mazzeh Street, Damascus, Syria.

Registered all the staff at the Land Department. GS Real Estate and each of its staff earned the Land Department ID card after proving high levels of integrity, ethics, transparency and quality in serving the market.

70% of our property consultants earned the Real Estate Agent Certificate by the Canadian Institution MRE, which is an approved real estate institution in Canada.

Signed agreements with over 11 banks in UAE which arrange financing including FGB, Amlaak, and ADCB.

Acted as an agent in selling AED 637,657,020 ($147,700,553) worth of properties in UAE

Acted as an agent in selling AED 228,938,938 in Damascus, Syria, 70% of which were for Emaar IGO, Damascus, Syria.

Signed 3 exclusive agreements to sell projects for one master development in Damascus, Syria comprising of 118 buildings, and two projects for a sub developer in Al Furjan, Dubai, UAE.

Clients served: 64

76% of our clients were not charged any agency fees.

The Team

 
 
 

The Professional Services team is a multi-disciplinary group of professionals who had the local and international experience coupled with the necessary quality to give international standards of advice to our clients be it in the UAE, Syria or the Middle Eastern countries. GS Real Estate’s team is comprised of 13 nationalities, some of which are UAE nationals, British, Indian, Pakistani, Syrian, Georgian, and Ukrainian.

The team have successfully established a diversified client base and formed long-term relationships with all the major international and local banks, master and secondary developers, investors both private and public and private individual businessmen.
